3. You do not have to think of an advance payment, you just pay one payment for next month and leave. Again, full service lease allows this.
4. However, what no leasing company can offer you is the biggest advantage of a long-term rental: WHEN YOU DO NOT NEED THE CAR ANYMORE, YOU SIMPLY RETURN IT AND STOP PAYING EVERYTHING! Every lease, both common and full service, limits you in a way; you have to state the length of paying at signing the contract. Then you cannot change your mind for at least next several months. Nevertheless, your situation may change – seasonal swings, employee departure, a need for a larger or on the contrary smaller car… Nothing is a problem for us. You just call and since the following month we will operatively conform to your needs.
5. Assistance provided by our staff 24 hours a day / 365 days a year
6. A replacement vehicle pick up exploiting attractive discounts when necessary. In most cases entirely free of charge.
7. An accident? Yes, even that is a part of life. You can fully rely on us in such a situation. We will take care of the settlement of a claim; and we will provide a replacement car. If the car were leased, you would have to keep on paying it of course and finally you would realize how poorly the insurance company evaluated its residual value. With us, you pay only in case you decide for another car of our fleet. Otherwise you will obviously not pay for anything and the residual value will not worry you at all.
8. You do not bear the risks of owning vehicles, nor the risks related to the drop of residual value of vehicles; you do not pay any expenses connected with the older cars maintenance.
9. Your accountancy is none of our business! Leasing companies will tediously check on you first, whether you are worthy becoming their client. You mostly have to provide your final accounts for the previous two years (Statement of Income, Balance Sheet, Auditor’s Statement, Cash Flow) and many other documents. We manage with the following:
• Legal entity: abstract of the Companies Register, certificate of TRN (Tax Registration Number) registration, purchase order on a headed paper with the statutory agent’s signature, the statutory agent’s warrant (if not present at taking), the driver’s ID card or passport and driving license group B.
• Personal entity, small trader: ID card, driving license group B, third ID for address verification (collection of money bills, telephone bills, a credit or payment card, University student’s index, proof of the renter’s car maintenance service, police record of the renter’s car accident – or another document reading the client’s name and address, not more than 2 months old; trade certificate (for a small trader)
• Foreign citizens: passport, driving license, credit card
• In short, you only provide common documents, pay one month in advance and we can call ouselves partners.
10. We will certainly make a deal… It is also possible not to unify our services and leave only the legal fees (route tax CZ, radio fee, insurance + additional insurance according to your wish) and highway fee (toll sticker) in the rental payment. Some other utilization of maintenance, tire service, replacement vehicle would be re-invoiced in the following reports. Or is your idea completely different? * Maintenance expenses include expenses on labor and operation required by the manufacturer related to retaining the vehicle guarantee and carried on at regular service check-ups (including obligatory check-ups- EEM Exhaust-Emission Measurement and SMI State Maintenance Inspection). It includes exchanging motor oil, air and fuel filters, service fluids fill in for example. Farther it is labor and operation expenses, which you can expect to be necessary during the rental period. It is for instance exchanging brake shoe lining at front and back brakes, silent blocks of front and back axle, selected mechanical parts of front axle, windscreen wipers, adjusting front axle geometry.
